Highschool setting, very panicked Froki

Setting: Highschool outdoors, Yuichi had excused himself from his lunch table to use the bathroom, when on his way to return he spots a medium sized black notebook left on an empty lunch table, it reads "DEATHNOTE" on the cover. Curious to learn more about it he looks around in search of the owner, then when nobody seems to care about the book he takes it and holds it tightly pressing it against his side. Nobody seems to notice the book tucked against him when he returns, as part of the table was studying nobody seemed to notice him slowly bring it up on the table while Yuichi slowly parts the book open to read."

Yuichi opens the book to read the first page,he presses his finger against the first line guiding to the next line as he reads, "The human whose name is written in this notebook shall die." Yuichi was confused,reread it again, this time he was sure he read it correctly. "is this a gag book?" he wondered, being lost in this thoughts he soon realized the bell was going to ring soon so he shut the book and hid it away in his deep blue backpack.
Yuichi walked through the halls making it to his next class, there he sat in his seat and to his right was Kyushu's desk. Yuichi wondered if he should look through the notebook together with Kyushu but strangely, knowing the information he had previously read was that the notebook had an ability to kill,Yuichi hesitanted .
