I see Yuichi and Frokichi (though are the same person) as two different people.
I use their names as how someone would be called to by a Nickname (Frokichi) and their legal name (Yuichi)
The 'Yuichi' mindset: logical and shy; A realistic version as someone would behave in the real world. He knows when to stop playing around when life starts getting serious.
The Frokichi Mindset: inconsequential and outgoing; A fantasy version someone would aspire to be. He loves how life comes around to him and his good behavior comes to reward him.
He knows he can't wipe everybody's memory that knows him as Yuichi. He tries his best to stick up for his identity but sometimes it costs backlash.
