ALTERNATE UNIVERSES

Different hypothetical fictional worlds coexisting with the real world.

There are many different kinds of universes containing dimensions where characters or society acts, behaves, appears differently in anyway to different scenarios.(refer to series's like, Rick and Morty, The spiderverse, etc with worlds in different timelines, events, scenarios, worlds, species's, etc.)

TWO KINDS OF AU's

We are not discussing the multiverse. (too much work) For now, we're going to stick to two kinds of universes (my interpretations)

ONE: FANFICTION

AU's placing your own original characters in existing media. Whether its connecting with characters from shows,

TWO: CONCEPTS/ORIGINAL

Its how it sounds, characters in different consepts example: Cowboy Frokichi (western atmosphere, altered speech, changed attire, new goals.)
